Fifty word challenge

I tweaked some old writing for the fifty word story challenge.

~~

collapse into shivered beginnings

light bends beneath

her buckling knees

falling into herself

she becomes

a world spinning out of control

supernova imploding

swirling, twirling…

sudden halt.

she stands in the vacuum

stark naked alone in a return to infancy

holding

a cracked chalice of the mind

her

sanctity deferred.
